Dear Massachusetts Library System Members,

Our annual member satisfaction survey has ended.  We thank you, more than 600 participants, for your responses.  We will compile the results and post a summary soon.

Your input on the quality and importance of MLS services is an essential component of our planning.  We use this information to identify areas to improve and prioritize our services to more than 1,600 libraries, including your own.  Knowing how familiar you are with our services will help us target promotional efforts to libraries that can benefit from MLS services.

Thanks again for assisting us in fulfilling our mission to empower libraries to better serve their communities across the Commonwealth.  When we work together, we are stronger together.
