The Massachusetts Library System presents a daylong event in which attendees will be asked to re-envision library leadership and actively strategize the role they want to play in our community. After this event attendees will have cultivated tools and skills that will help strengthen their roles as future and current library leaders using a nontraditional path.

The days agenda includes a keynote from Chera Kowalski, a panel on “How to be a leader when not in leadership”, and a workshop from Project Outcomes Emily Plagman on “Outcome Measurement as a Tool for Leadership”.
