Host your own book discussion of How to Prepare for Climate Change by David Pogue

Join us for a chat to prepare to host a book discussion during Climate Prep Week (or at another date) of How to Prepare for Climate Change: A Practical Guide to Surviving the Chaos by David Pogue. The Blue Marble Librarians have prepared a guide to make it easy for you to facilitate a book discussion for your community. The book discussion facilitator’s guide will be posted on the Climate Prep Week Guide on Sept 1st. At this chat on Friday, September 10th at 10:30 AM, we’ll review the book discussion guide and share tips for facilitating book discussions. And, we’ll have plenty of time for Q&A.

Best of all, David Pogue, the author, will join us too!

Also, join us for the Climate Prep Week Keynote!

The Massachusetts Library System is hosting the Climate Prep Week Keynote presented by David Pogue on Friday, September 24th at 2 PM on Zoom. Registration is open to librarians in August and the public, as well, in September. You can invite your patrons to attend the keynote and host your own book discussion at a date/time following the keynote. To attend the keynote, register here.

Hope you will join us for both!
