April Mazza has departed her Consultant position with the Massachusetts Library System. We are appreciative of all the work April has done for our members over the past eight years. During her time at MLS, April developed workshops and consulted with libraries on a variety of topics, including youth and school services, space planning, collection development, and the summer library program. Recently April helped transition the summer library program from the Collaborative Summer Library Program (CSLP) to iREAD, and she collaborated with states across New England to help establish the virtual Summer Summit. April’s last day was January 14, 2022. We will miss April and wish her the best in her future endeavors.
